What is ACDB?

ACDB is a comprehensive database dedicated to integrating antibiotic combinations from manual curations from PubMed literature. ACDB contains 304 compounds, 6175 drug pairs and 460 organisms.

To the best of our knowledge, ACDB is the unique database of antibiotic combinations. We believe it can help us to explore potential antibiotic combinations and combat antibiotic resistance on some level. In particular, we provided structure, physical and chemical properties, and targets for each drug that can be used as inputs for AI-based models.
